Availibility
Availibility is as follows. The Calendar shows availibilty for both properties. Please click on the months to the right or the left to advance forwards or backwards through the year. Short breaks are available for a weekend (i.e. Friday for 3 nights) or mid-week (i.e. Monday for 4 nights). For peak periods short break bookings will only be accepted within 1 month of the arrival date. Weekly bookings begin at 3pm on Friday and end at 10 am the following Friday. A deposit of £200 ( non refundable) is required on booking with the balance paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cheques made payable please to 'W J Skipper Ltd' and forwarded to: W J Skipper Ltd Moat Lane Newborough Burton on Trent Staffs DE13 8SS.
We reserve the right to aportion the amount or percentage to be refunded, if the booking is cancelled, depending on notice of time.
